Disconnect an account, or delete everything.
Steeple is a product of Heard Studio LLC. You can remove Steeple's access to any connected account, or have all of your church's information deleted, at any time. Our Privacy Policy lists what we keep.
Disconnect one account
In Steeple, open Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. Steeple revokes that account's access and deletes its tokens right away, and deletes everything else it stored from that platform within 7 days. Anything already posted stays on the platform; delete it there if you want it gone.
You can also remove Steeple from the platform's side:
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Steeple, then remove access.
- Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, choose Steeple, then Remove. In Instagram, Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, choose Steeple, then Remove access.
When we learn you removed Steeple on the platform's side, either because the platform notifies us or because our access stops working, we treat it the same as Disconnect.
Delete your church's data
To delete everything (your account, team members, settings, recordings, outputs and every connected-account token), open Settings → Delete church account in Steeple, or email hello@sundaydone.church from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my Steeple data" and your church's name. If you sent a Sunday through the website form without an account, use the same email and we will delete the form details too.
We confirm by email within 3 business days. Data from connected accounts is deleted within 7 days, and everything else within 30 days. We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as payment records for taxes, and a record of what was approved, by whom and when (not the video), for two years to resolve disputes.

Remove Steeple in Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations), then email hello@sundaydone.church from your account email with the subject "Delete my Steeple data". We delete the data Steeple received from Facebook and Instagram within 7 days and confirm by email.
